4am and I'm still up, binabasa ko yung last 40 pages ng Kapitan Sino. Sobrang unexpected nung nangyari.. Pagkatapos ko basahin, nagising ako sa realidad ng buhay. Hindi ko alam yung feeling. Gusto ko magalit sa mga mamamayan ng Palaez. At seryoso, umiyak ako. Ito ang unang libro na nagpaiyak sakin. Nagbabago na tuloy ang pananaw ko ngayon. At naka stock pa rin sa utak ko yung line na, "Hindi ako naging bayani sa taong minahal ko."

Narealize ko bigla na.. nakakarelate ako kay Rogelio, may mga bagay kasi na hindi ko matalikuran, may mga tao na hindi ko matanggihan pero in the end, sa sobrang pagmamahal ko sa kanila, ako pa rin yung nawawalan. Tama nga ang tatay ni Rogelio, "Hindi na babalik ang dati. Walang gamot na makakapagbalik ng dati. At wala tayong duktor."

Kapitan Sino. One of the Best books ever. Love you, Bob Ong. :)

Since grade 5, Iris by Goo Goo Dolls was my most favorite song, pero ngayon lang nag sink in sakin yung kantang to. It changed. 2nd na yung Iris, eto na yung favorite ko. =)
